In Austin some people come to take advantage of the activities Meet Up offers.
“You just come in and meet people so its actually just like a gathering group,” Axel Torres said, “and then you do and talk about something that you like.”

For Torres, Meet Up let his interest in photography led him to an afternoon of roaming the city with a group of people taking photos of things that pique their interest.

“Because I take pictures of everything…people…buildings and stuff like that just for the fun of it,” Torres said.
