The Temple Owls maintained a game close, the Houston Cougars come out on top with a 79-66 win against the defending AAC champions. The Cougars move to the fifth seed in the American with a 6-4 record.  Photos by Francisco Casillas

After a valiant effort to keep the game close, the Houston Cougars Women’s Basketball team fell short against conference rival, Temple Owls. The Owls routed the Cougars 69-57 in their return to the Pavilion. Photos by Andre Brooks
